We are living in a wonderful house, exactly what my wife Selin and I wanted. The layout of the rooms, color of the kitchen, number of the bathrooms, the garden, the view. It looks us 2 years to find it. Our budget, did not allow us to afford anything, in locations, neighborhoods we wanted. This changed when we meet a wonderful lady, Chris Hanson. She endlessly worked with us first to learn what we are looking for, what we want, and then she helped us to find a wonderful mortgage broker. So we learned what we can afford. Then she found our dream home.
I am writing this letter, after 2 years we purchased our home. With this economy, our property lost some its value. It does not matter if we make some money or lose some money we are living where we love, comfortable, and call it home.
Chris, still calls us after 2 years, she stops by, she is always with us., she is our friend. She loves what she is doing but more so she loves helping people. Since we settled now we have a baby boy and a dog.
We owe Chris a big thank you for helping our family, and helping us to find our home, and most importantly being a friend.

| Chris helped us get the home of our dreams in the Oakland hills. She spent many weekends with us showing us many houses, and was extremely patient with us until we found a house that both of my wife and myself liked (not an easy thing!) and was within our price range. She leveraged her years of expertise to guide and keep us calm through a foreclosure purchase, and to help us work with inspectors and contractors we knew we could trust. I can't imagine it having gone any better--if for whatever reason we do decide to move again, Chris will certainly be the first person we call! |
